Check-Mail: I get a strange thing with many accounts

Hi,
I use Eudora 7.1 and I have 25 different accounts with gmail.com,
yahoo.com, gmx.com, katamail.com, etc.
When I open Eudora or when I click on Check-Mail, Eudora should
download all the emails of every account. But often Eudora blocks 1 or
2 or 3 accounts and I have to unlock them manually.
It appears to be a server problem or ... I don't knpow it. But the
strange thing is that if I manually download every single account,
Eudora works perfectly and does the Check-Mail for me. Why does this
happen to me?
