I received an email through Docusign that is listed as 5:18 pm and my time zone is -4 with the summer time adjustment. Other emails received about the same time are listed as 2:19 pm and the time was about that. Digging into the email indicating a wrong time shows time stamps of either 13:18 -0500 or 11:18 -0700, both of which agree with the 2:18 local time.

Where is Eudora getting a time stamp that is 3 hours into the future?

From a computer that has the wrong time zone setting?

The time zones are all shown. If they were wrong it would be clear they were wrong. That's why this is so puzzling.
