Long long long time user....

Just this last few days, inbox messages with attachments are causing Eudora an endless loop with the modal pop up

"Unable to write temporary file"

Only way out is to shut down Eudora the hard way via task manager.

I am guessing this has to do with very recent Win 10 update.

I am accessing the Win 10 machine from a win 7 client on peer to peer.

I am thinking I am going to have to go with Linux server or something.

Have you checked the obvious? Is there free space on the hard drive you are using?

And the second thing to check -- make sure ownership and privileges are
correct for the Eudora data directories. (I'd really expect this situation
if one had been using the program installation directory for mailbox data
-- as some Windows updates may include scanning the system for "leaks" in
the program files protections)
