Hello friends,
I'm definitely a bit OT but I don't know where to post and I don't
know what to do anymore,
yahoo.com in the web is exhausting my life.
I have various accounts that I use in POP3 downloading the various
messages with Eudora 7.1. But the yahoo.com messages don't arrive. In
the web there is a antispam filter that holds an email that a friend
of mine sends me. So I go to the web and after logging into my
account, I click on "it's not spam", then the messages are transferred
to the "In" mailbox which then are downloaded safely to my mail
client. The problem is the antispam on the yahoo web. I have done the
above operation 100 times and still yahoo doesn't understand that that
email is NOT spam.
What else can I do?
Actually I don't even know how to deactivate the antispam on the web.
If you know yahoo web please help me to solve it,
Thanks

Is your friend in your address book? If not, add him.

Try sending your friend some messages /from/ the Yahoo web interface.

Try replying to some of your friend's messages /from/ the Yahoo web
interface /after/ marking them as not spam.

Beyond that, try contacting Yahoo help and asking for their recommendations.

Yahoo support is about as good as Google.

I have a Google phone which is on the also-ran carriers. That's a lesser annoyance, but the Google part that carries the calls over the internet can sometimes suck pretty bad. Now, with the virus they have completely dropped phone support so people don't need to come into the office. What??? They can't provide phone support from home??? I thought maybe they just needed time to get it sorted out, but still, after 10 months, no phone support. So I'm moving it over to ATT and be done with it. I'll move my old number on the ATT account over to a Google voice account (one time $20 fee) and forward it to the live phone. Google support sucks pretty big too.

I tried all that but I got the same problems.
I advised my friend to change email, Now it is OK.
Thank you for your availability.
