1061, 22 error, Moving Eudora?

I had issues with Eudora and so moved it to a new location. I moved all .mbx, .toc, Eudora.ini, address files.

Have I missed anything?

I did not move the folder "extrastuff" initially - now I moved it but it is always empty.

For hotmail:
smtp.live.com giving 10061 error
pop3.live.com works fine -it pull emails regulatory.
I set it up to "Required alternate port"

But Yahoo, GMX works fine.

All of a sudden it gives an error message:
"Eudora could not open out.toc for writing" Error code 22.

What have i done wrong? What other files needs to be moved?

How do I rebuilt Eudora? Any side effects of doing it?

Thanks

WSAECONNREFUSED
10061

Connection refused.

No connection could be made because the target computer actively
refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that
is inactive on the foreign host—that is, one with no server application
running.

Likely you don't have the settings for authorization correct.

ERROR_BAD_COMMAND

22 (0x16)

The device does not recognize the command.

Off hand, I'd suspect a bad path reference, or a read-only file.
